	Antonina Kisliakov Position: Managing Director Tonia has been a part of Gateway Travel (an independent company) since it's beginnings in 1976. During this time she has used her many skills and expertise to build the company into what it is today, one of the most successful Wholesale and Retail Travel Agencies in Australia. Tonia travels extensively to our key destinations sourcing the best products to offer to our customers and cultivating positive relationships with a vast array of travel partners ensuring we are kept up to date with the latest products and information. Tonia's successful selection of her hand-picked team ensure the best possible travel knowledge, expertise and impeccable customer service is extended to every travel enquiry received.
	Simone Harris Position: Product Manager Simone originates from Cape Town, South Africa and has been living in Australia since 1999. She is married with 2 daughters and is based in Melbourne. Simone holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Languages and is also a qualified Journalist. In 1995, Simone studied Travel and Tourism and qualified top of her class. She has been in the travel industry since January 1996 during which time she has worked for an international airline and a number of retail & wholesale travel companies in various positions from Consultant to Reservations Supervisor and Assistant Manager. Her current role is as the Product Manager for Gateway Travel and Tours. She is enjoying this challenging position at Gateway Travel and finds it very rewarding. She is constantly seeking new & interesting products to promote to the Australian travel market. Her hobbies include photography, reading, crossword puzzles and of course, travel.
	Meddie Lee Position: Business Co-Ordinator An integral member of Gateway's team, Meddie is responsible for the creation of complicated and intensive itineraries to Russia, Ukraine, Central Asia and the many other destinations in Gateway's extensive range, for customers plus the booking and costing of these itineraries. Her personal knowledge of the products of our overseas partners assists the Travel Specialists in ensuring all relevant information and product is offered ensuring the customers' holidays will always be the perfect one and exactly as envisioned by them. Meddie's happy and professional manner make her a popular member of the team. Meddie was born and raised in the beautiful city island of Singapore. Her hobbies include travelling, cooking and reading.
	Melissa Carayannis Position: Travel Specialist Melissa is our most recent addition to the Gateway team. She brings with her over five years of training and personal experiences which are passed on to her customers, ensuring they benefit from her wealth of travel insights and knowledge. Melissa has travelled extensively to most destinations in the world including Spain, Greece, Italy, France, Germany.Switzerland, Turkey, UK, Morocco, USA, Asia, New Zealand and of course, Australia. With her happy and enthuiastic manner plus attention to detail her customersare guaranteed not only the benefit of her first-hand knowledge and expertise but a pleasant experience when organising their travel arrangements.
	Marina Byts Position: Travel Specialist
	Dalia Fatoohy Position: Bookkeeper Dalia travelled from Iraq to Australia after spending a few years in New Zealand. She completed her BSC Degree in the Science of Computer Engineering in 1990 and her Certificate for Accounts Practising from New Zealand's Gilligan Business School in 2000. Dalia also received her Certificate for Bookkeeping and the Maintaining of Business Records from North Sydney TAFE. Dalia's accounting skills are well utilised within the company and she has no trouble in keeping the company up to date with the latest accounting programs and innovations. Her no-nonsense and cheeky personality make her a popular member of the team. Dalia is family orientated and enjoys cooking, interior design, swimming, attending the Gym and socialising. She has travelled to France, Holland, Belgium, United Arab Emirates and Jordan.
	Paul Chong Position: IT Professional Paul is our IT expert. A qualified Sea Captain with Master Class 1 and having travelled around the world many times, Paul now spends part of his valuable time keeping the computers at Gateway working and up to date with the latest technology. His kind nature also sees him volunteering his teaching skills to Senior citizens at the Liverpool Seniors' Computer Club. Paul's hobbies include gardening, cooking, golf and DIY.
