Poinciana Cottages is a peaceful retreat on the edge of town, with rolling valley and mountain views. It is made up of five separate cottages, all fully self contained with comfortable king size or king single beds plus a double sofa bed in the lounge area. Separate bathroom and laundry with automatic machines are standard. Cooking facilities include a convection microwave, dishwasher, crockery, and cutlery, and units are serviced weekly with children's cots being available on request.

Fully self-contained cottages accommodate up to three guests. They are spacious with king size or king single beds and an additional double sofa bed in lounge area. Separate bathroom/ separate laundry with automatic machines. Full cooking facilities including convection microwave oven, Fisher and Paykel Dishdrawer, crockery, cutlery , beach towels, picnic rug, thermos, picnic baskets available on request. Room facilities include: Cable TV, video, direct dial telephones. Units are serviced weekly and full linen is provided. A starter pack included and breakfast packs available if pre-ordered. Rates include the use of a car, but petrol and insurance need to be settled directly.

Cancellations:
2 nights cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 30 days prior to stay. 100% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 14 days prior to stay.
The administration fee on refunds is AU$20.00

Children & Extra Guest Policy:
Maximum of 3 guests per cottage using sofa bed in lounge. Extra guest charge is $60 per person per night. Children are welcome. Cots are available on request at a cost of $18 per night.
